Refund & Return Policy

  1. Scope
    This policy applies to users who purchase products from drmillet.in.
  2. Eligibility for Returns
    You may request a return if:
  • You received a damaged, defective or incorrect item.

  • The product is in its original condition, unused, and with original packaging (unless the damage was incurred on delivery).

  1. Return Process
  • Contact us at info@drmillet.in within 5 days of delivery, with your order number and a brief description + photo of the issue.

  • We will review and if approved, provide a Return Authorisation and instructions for shipping the item back.

  • You may be required to ship the product at your cost unless the fault lies with us. We recommend using a traceable courier.

  1. Refunds
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will approve your refund.

  • Refund will be credited via the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping & handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

  1. Replacement
    If you prefer, we may offer a replacement instead of refund, subject to stock availability.
  2. Non-returnable items
    Items that are opened, used beyond inspection, or clearly not in resalable condition; items with missing tags/packaging; gift cards.
  3. Cancellation by us
    If we cancel your order due to product unavailability or other reason, we will notify you and refund full amount including shipping charges.
