- Scope
This policy applies to users who purchase products from drmillet.in. - Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return if:
- You received a damaged, defective or incorrect item.
- The product is in its original condition, unused, and with original packaging (unless the damage was incurred on delivery).
- Return Process
- Contact us at info@drmillet.in within 5 days of delivery, with your order number and a brief description + photo of the issue.
- We will review and if approved, provide a Return Authorisation and instructions for shipping the item back.
- You may be required to ship the product at your cost unless the fault lies with us. We recommend using a traceable courier.
- Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will approve your refund.
- Refund will be credited via the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping & handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- Replacement
If you prefer, we may offer a replacement instead of refund, subject to stock availability. - Non-returnable items
Items that are opened, used beyond inspection, or clearly not in resalable condition; items with missing tags/packaging; gift cards. - Cancellation by us
If we cancel your order due to product unavailability or other reason, we will notify you and refund full amount including shipping charges.
