- You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched. To cancel, please email info@drmillet.in with your order number as soon as possible.
- Once the order is dispatched, cancellation may not be possible; you may need to follow the return process instead.

We reserve the right to cancel your order in certain cases such as:
- Product is out of stock.
- Payment authorization fails.
- Suspected fraud or violation of our T&Cs.
In such cases, you will be informed and a full refund issued.
- Effect of Cancellation
Upon cancellation, you will receive a refund of any amounts you have paid (excluding any non-refundable shipping if applicable) via the original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
